Used for my daughter’s bridal shower. Delivery and set up was great! Tent was great but was a little dirty on the inside. Aside from that it was nice with the tent liner on the ceiling. Garden chairs were really nice! Linens for the tables and garden chairs were perfect and zero wrinkles. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible experience with Shaded Celebrations Tent Rental! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and top-quality. The prices were unbeatable for the value we received, and the crew was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Every item—from the tents and tables to linens, coolers, and even garbage cans—was in excellent condition and exactly what we needed. A special shoutout to Tommy, the owner, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was friendly, flexible, and incredibly accommodating with all my last-minute changes. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and it made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Shaded Celebrations to anyone in need of tent or party rentals. They truly helped make our event a success!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Shaded Celebrations! From start to finish, their service was absolutely outstanding. Communication was quick, professional, and responsive every step of the way. They were extremely patient with all our questions and adjustments we made before finalizing our order. Pricing was fair and they delivered exactly what they promised. They had everything set up the day before our event, which gave us such peace of mind, and everything was absolutely perfect and right on time. Every expectation they set was fully met. What truly set them apart, though, was their incredible customer service on the day of our event. We suddenly found ourselves in need of extra tables and chairs on the day of our event. As it was Memorial Day weekend and now being peak graduation season, I knew finding additional tables and chairs would likely be impossible. Tom somehow made it happen and personally ensured the extra tables and chairs were delivered well before our event started. Because of them, we were able to focus on enjoying our guests and celebrating instead of stressing. It’s rare to find companies that genuinely care this much about their customers and go above and beyond the way they did. Everything was flawless. If I could give them 1000 stars, I absolutely would. Highly, highly recommend Shaded Celebrations!

It was a great experience in the beginning, quick response and delivery was on time. The crew forgot one of my fill n chill tables and didn't set up the chairs, but told me they'd be back at 9am with the table and to set up the 48 chairs before my party. Well, they never showed up the next day and after texts and phone calls to the company nobody had the decency to get back to me, and they never showed up. The next day, I received a $50 credit via Zelle, but still nobody bothered to contact me to apologize. I thought that was strange, would think a company would want to follow up when something goes wrong on their end, but I was happy they at least gave me a little money back. BUT THEN, when the crew arrived to take down the tent and tables, I watched one of the crew members drag two large garbage cans that we also rented from them over to where we had all of our coolers from the party and started tossing beers into the trash can to take with him. I was in shock. I opened my door to tell him he couldn't take those and he said he didn't foresee it being a problem, that he was 21. I told him that didn't matter, that he was stealing. I told him it's not like he was taking a couple bottles of water for the crew, which would have absolutely been fine, it was alcohol and obviously more expensive than water. He said ok, he didn't think it was a problem, that other people don't mind. I let him know that I minded, he was sneaky about it and didn't ask, he just started tossing them in the can to take. He said other people didn't mind, and it's likely because they didn't know he took it. Big bummer, because the products I ordered were good, but that one kid made the company look bad. I gave them three stars, taking 2 off for never showing up the next day and for the kid trying to steal beer.

Phenomenal service and communication and just overall satisfaction when using this place for our outdoor wedding celebration. We got the 20x20 and the 15x15 and the tables and chairs and fans. Everything was delivered on time and setup with no complications or issues. They even were great with our curious dog Korra that kept bugging them while they were setting up. Everything worked as if it was brand new and when the next day came; they came and took everything down and loaded it up on their truck without bothering us while we nursed our hangovers. I cant wait to use them again and I highly recommend to anyone doing an outdoor party.
