Shaded Celebrations Tent Rental was absolutely fantastic to work with. We rented a tent, tables, and chairs for our event in the McHenry and Crystal Lake, IL area, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The tent setup was clean, sturdy, and high quality, and the delivery, setup, and teardown were handled perfectly and right on schedule. Tom and his team were very knowledgeable about tent sizing, layouts, sidewalls, heaters, and ballast, and they made sure everything was safe and properly installed. Phenomenal service and communication and just overall satisfaction when using this place for our outdoor wedding celebration. We got the 20x20 and the 15x15 and the tables and chairs and fans. Everything was delivered on time and setup with no complications or issues. They even were great with our curious dog Korra that kept bugging them while they were setting up. Everything worked as if it was brand new and when the next day came; they came and took everything down and loaded it up on their truck without bothering us while we nursed our hangovers. I cant wait to use them again and I highly recommend to anyone doing an outdoor party.

Ordered a small tent and trash cans for our wedding caterers. The set up and take down crew was great! Tom was awesome and took care of everything on the day of. Yes. In most cases, we install the tent one to two days before the event and return for takedown the day after. This allows plenty of time for decorating and ensures everything is ready well before your guests arrive.

Yes. A 33% deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. Exact terms will be outlined in your quote and rental agreement.
For larger or more complex weddings, site visits can be scheduled to ensure proper layout, anchoring, and access for our crew. This helps avoid surprises on installation day.
